Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are handmade in small batches and require 3–5 business days to process before shipping. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Free shipping is available on orders over $80.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.

Shipping Restrictions Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to carrier or regulatory requirements. If we're unable to ship to your address, we'll notify you promptly.
